18 hours per week – Term Time Only
Scale 5/ Points 12-17: £26,421-£28,770 (£10,772 - £11,729 actual salary) Grade dependant on experience
We are looking to appoint an Educational Welfare Officer. This opportunity is open to applications from both candidates with extensive experience or alternatively, with a passion and motivation for working with young people and their families. Full training will be provided where necessary.
Working alongside Student Support Teams (which includes SEN and Safeguarding), across our schools, you will implement the attendance procedures and take appropriate action to address specific attendance issues. This role will support the improvement of whole school attendance and reduce persistent absence levels across schools in the Trust.
