As anEducationalist Trustee, you’ll play a vital strategic role in shaping the educational direction, vision, and impact of our Trust, ensuring every young person receives the very best opportunities to thrive.
This is your chance to help drive meaningful change at a system level, working alongside fellow Trustees and senior leaders to strengthen provision, champion high standards, and support schools to deliver exceptional outcomes.
As an Educationalist Trustee, you will:
Champion Excellence:Bring your educational experience, whether in teaching, leadership, governance, or research, to guide strategic decisions that directly influence the quality of education across our schools.
Drive Strategic Impact:Shape high-level priorities and policies, ensuring they support strong classroom practice, effective curriculum design, and improved pupil outcomes.
Support and Challenge:Provide constructive challenge to senior leaders, holding them to account while supporting them to deliver the Trust’s goals. Your voice and insight will help steer continuous improvement.
Promote Equity and Wellbeing:Advocate for all learners, especially the most vulnerable, ensuring decisions reflect a deep commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and holistic development.
Collaborate at Board Level:Work within a dynamic board environment, where your expertise enhances collective decision-making and strategic planning.
