A vacancy has arisen for an ELSA to join Manor Drive Primary Academy, a new school that is part of the Four Cs Multi-Academy Trust. The successful candidate will be someone with high levels of motivation; a commitment and enthusiasm to children’s learning; an ability to inspire and motivate our future generations; and promote a culture that challenges children to reach the highest levels of social and academic achievement.

Manor Drive Primary Academy opened in September 2022. The school initially opened to a Reception cohort and is still growing. This is an exciting time to join a new project as we work hard to provide an excellent level of education for our pupils and to create a positive school community to serve the Manor Drive area. The Academy is supported by the MAT with all schools involved sharing a common interest in improving the standards of education for children in Peterborough. The Trust’s vision is to ensure that every child succeeds; build on what learners already know; make learning vivid and real; make learning an enjoyable experience and enrich students learning experience.

Although small, we offer a friendly and supportive school environment, a positive teaching team, polite and engaged children, dedicated leadership and governance teams, research informed teaching practises and the opportunity to be part of an exciting project. The school offers a comprehensive induction programme and opportunities for CPD through links across the MAT.

The Manor Drive Primary Academy is a new school in the north of Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. The school welcomed the first cohort of Reception children in September 2022 and we continue to grow year on year. At Manor Drive Primary Academy we pride ourselves on having a strong wellbeing ethos whilst ensuring our children are the focus of everything we do.
