We are looking for an Employability Coach to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in developing the skills and confidence needed for successful workplace experiences. This role involves working closely with students and course teams to provide tailored employability support, facilitate vocational profiling and job matching, and build strong relationships with employers. You will also contribute to student inductions and ensure effective communication across teams to maintain a consistent support framework.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and compassionate, with strong communication and organisational skills. You will have the ability to lead and motivate students, deliver small group sessions, and develop individualised support plans. Experience in building and maintaining external partnerships will be key to supporting positive outcomes for students as they prepare for employment.
