Employability Instructor job summary

We are seeking to appoint an Employability Instructor to join our team at our Elevate Provision, part of Elements Academy.

Working across teams to ensure a joined-up approach to the promotion of employer engagement activities that maximise students' interaction and participation allowing them to develop their skills, knowledge and confidence for the future. You will work closely with employers to create a seamless and integrated approach to learner development so they are best placed to access opportunities for apprenticeships or employment.

You will work as part of a team to create curriculum content which develops personal growth and an individual's work readiness, supporting them to progress successfully. You will contribute to the design and delivery of a dynamic and engaging curriculum designed to motivate and inspire pupils to succeed.
