We are looking for a highly creative and communicative professional to join our team!
The Engagement, Creativity & Culture Assistant will offer technical support to the Assistant Director, aiding in the delivery and design of sequential and progressive creative medium programmes, accreditations, interventions, and awards.
The Engagement, Creativity & Culture Assistant will also support the Executive Team in delivering the Trust’s two key objectives; improve student outcomes, become an employer of choice.
You can communicate with creative flair and warmth, yet appropriately formal as required while you engage with multiple stakeholders. You will teach and inspire our young people and staff with exciting, innovative expression of our values.
You are a person that can respond intuitively to multiple tasks, effectively managing your workload whilst coordinating with others.

In the role of Engagement, Creativity & Culture Assistant, you will work closely with the Assistant Director who will mentor and support you – ensuring you have CPD opportunities aligned with your career aspirations and the organisation’s goals.
This role will be reviewed at the end of the academic year to assess it’s potential for a full-time role going forward. This role can be done alongside an existing role within Trust should you be an internal candidate looking to apply.
