English Hub Leader - Responsible for leadership of the English Hub
Required from 1 January 2021 or sooner if possible
The Governors are seeking a suitably qualified, ambitious and passionate school leader for our successful and thriving school to enable us to continue our journey toward outstanding. You will need vision and passion to work in partnership with the Head, the other English Hubs and the Department of Education.
The successful applicant will be:
• An outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations of children’s learning and behaviour and have an established record of excellence
• Have the ability to lead, manage, motivate and inspire children, colleagues and parents
• Have proven ability in raising and maintaining standards in phonics and teaching of reading
• Committed to school improvement and self-evaluation
• Have energy, tenacity and enthusiasm in helping us and others achieve outstanding
