What skills and experience we're looking for

Applicants should have recent experience of working in education, the ability to work as part of a team and contribute to developing and creating innovative and stimulating teaching and learning resources with the advanced practitioner. You must be a passionate educator, understand the FE sector and be committed to ensuring that our students make the best possible progress. We welcome applicants from all educational backgrounds as we value diversity and those with different experience in our team. Applicants must also have a good sense of humour, the ability to work under pressure and adapt to change. This job is for teachers of English looking to make a real difference to our young people across our counties.

A teaching qualification is desirable, and you must be passionate about being a professional educator to young people. You will be supported by a diverse and experienced team, with access to a range of training and supported to move forwards in your teaching career.
