English Subject Advisor job summary

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional English Subject Advisor to play a key role in driving high-quality teaching and improving outcomes for all pupils.

Following a strategic review by the Board of Trustees, we are now working in close partnership with United Learning, one of the country’s most established and successful multi-academy trusts. Through this collaboration, staff benefit from high-quality school improvement support, access to experienced Regional Directors, subject specialists, and a wide range of professional development opportunities.

The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing development of a knowledge-rich curriculum, supported by shared resources and assessment frameworks that enable a deeper understanding of pupil progress and achievement. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a growing partnership and to help shape the next phase of the school’s improvement journey.
