English Teacher - Part Time (0.4 FTE) job summary

We are looking for a dynamic and talented teacher of English to join our department from September on a part time basis (0.4 FTE). You will have a passion for teaching English, together with the skills to inspire and motivate our students. You will have the support of a cohesive and committed team of teachers who work collaboratively to maintain high standards and expectations. Applications from ECTs are welcome.

Lavington School is a mixed comprehensive school and currently has 965 students on roll, aged 11 to 18. It is situated on the western edge of the village of Market Lavington, about six miles south of Devizes, in the heart of rural Wiltshire. Numbers on roll have grown over the years with the school being over-subscribed. In 2018 the school opened its Sixth Form as a satellite centre of Devizes School.
