Enhanced Provision Teacher job summary
We are looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced teacher with a passion for ensuring the best outcomes for the highest needs SEND children.
The candidate will lead our Enhanced Provision classroom for a small group of EYFS/KS1 children, whose primary need is Communication and Interaction.
This a wonderful opportunity for a teacher looking to develop a career in special educational needs and make a significant difference to an ethos of inclusion in our school.
The candidate will need to be highly adaptable and creative at designing a bespoke curriculum that meets the individual needs of the children, all of whom have an Educational Health Care Plan or are on the pathway to getting one.
We would also like the candidate to work alongside our SENCO in supporting other teachers with inclusive practice in their classrooms.
