Estates and Facilities Manager job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced and committed individual to join our Trust as the Estates and Facilities Manager. Within the role you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring that our schools maintain high-quality learning environments, comply with health and safety regulations, and effectively utilise funding for estate development. You will work closely with school site teams and leadership to oversee premises, contracts, capital projects, and compliance. Ideally you will have experience of working in education although this is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
As Health and Safety lead for the Trust you will ensure compliance with relevant regulations in all settings.
Lead estates management, ensuring school buildings and sites are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
Support health and safety compliance, audits, risk assessments, and emergency planning.
Oversee contracts and procurement for site maintenance and capital projects.
