What skills and experience we're looking for

The Estates & Facilities team at OHC&AT is seeking to appoint an Estates & Facilities Asset Manager to ensure that records of our property assets are accurately maintained. As part of the role, you will ensure that estate management activities including rent and rate reviews, lease extensions and renewals are managed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for the maintenance of our property asset database of condition, suitability and sufficiency data related to our estate and to ensure that funding is allocated in line with our condition categories. You will also work with Central Teams colleagues to ensure the timely reporting of asset information to the Department for Education.

You will contribute to new and existing policies and procedures relating to our property and fleet assets to ensure our policies and procedures meet statutory requirements.
