Exam and Data Manager job summary
To co-lead and manage the school’s data, Management Information Systems (MIS), and statutory assessment and examinations processes across our all-through school. The post holder will ensure the highest standards of accuracy, integrity and analysis, using data intelligently to drive improved outcomes, inform strategic decision-making, and support continuous school improvement, accountability and full compliance with statutory requirements.
The successful candidate will also act as the school’s Examinations Officer, ensuring full compliance with awarding body and JCQ regulations, and leading the effective planning and delivery of all internal and external examinations. This will include overseeing exam entries, timetabling, invigilation, results processing and post-results services, ensuring a smooth, professional and pupil-centred experience.
Working collaboratively with senior leaders and staff, the role will be pivotal in building a culture where high-quality data is understood, trusted and used effectively to raise attainment and secure the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
