What skills and experience we're looking for

Elliott Hudson College is seeking to appoint a reliable and professional Exams Invigilator to support the effective delivery of examinations throughout the academic year. This role is integral to ensuring that all examinations are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and that students are provided with a calm, organised and supportive environment in which to perform at their best. The successful candidate will work as part of the examinations team to maintain the integrity and security of the examination process.

Potential applicants should have:

  • The ability to co-operate and collaborate effectively with college staff.
  • Effective communication skills when working with young people and adults.
  • The ability to follow written procedures accurately and carry out tasks independently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Flexibility over working hours, particularly during examination periods.
