Job Description
We are seeking to recruit a number of people to act as relief Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of examinations within the school. The role involves:
- Preparing exam rooms in line with regulations
- Checking candidate identity
- Issuing papers and materials
- Ensuring students follow exam rules throughout
- Supervise students at all times
- Complete registers
- Record seating arrangements
- Collect papers securely at the end of each session.
You will also be responsible for maintaining exam conditions, responding appropriately in emergencies, and upholding school policies including safeguarding, health and safety, and equal opportunities. Training will be provided, and flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the examination timetable.
You must be punctual, have a flexible attitude to work and possess good communication skills.
