Exam Invigilators job summary
We are looking to recruit exam invigilators to join our friendly invigilation team at LeAF Studio School, supporting in the supervision of examinations. We have a panel of reliable persons whom we ask to invigilate on specific days or sessions, sometimes at short notice. Successful applicants will be required to work at various times during the academic year, starting with mock exams in February, however, the main period will be during May and June. The work will be either whole or part day sessions.
An academic background is not necessary, the most important qualities required being honesty, integrity, and common sense. Applicants must be reliable, punctual, efficient, and flexible, with excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Assistance and guidance will be given to ensure that JCQ examination conditions are always met and that all students have equal opportunities to succeed. Invigilators will be responsible to the Lead Examinations Officer.
Full training will be provided prior to the exam season to ensure full understanding of all JCQ requirements.
