Exam Invigilators job summary
We are looking to appoint a number of responsible adults to invigilate, read and scribe for candidates in both internal and external examinations at the school this year.
Applicants should be willing to work with students one on one, in small groups and in the larger examination hall. The main examination season runs from May - June 2022 with invigilator availability also required during March/April 2022. Sessions are up to three hours and usually take place between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm. Applicants will need to be able to offer some flexibility in working around the exams and have significant availability between May and June 2022. This is a casual position and hours offered will be dependent upon your availability and our examination requirements. Please note, if the government ultimately decides that examinations will not go ahead in the summer of 2022, invigilators will not be required and therefore will not be paid. Applications are welcome from people with experience, but training will be provided.
The deadline for applications is Tuesday 7 December 2021 at 12:00pm.
Interviews will take place on Tuesday 14 December 2021.
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by 5pm on Thursday 9 December 2021.
