Examination & Data Officer
30 hours per week. £31,688-£35,939 per annum, pro rata to £22,530-£25,553 per annum for part time hours, term time plus 1 week working.
We are looking to appoint an organised, detail-focused and proactive Examinations & Data Officer to play a key role in the smooth and effective running of exams and data processes across the school.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and timely entry of all students for examinations, coordinating every aspect of the exam process in line with current JCQ regulations.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, curriculum leads, and colleagues across the Trust to plan, manage and deliver all internal and external assessments.
- Oversee the school’s Management Information System (Arbor), ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Produce and analyse student data to support teaching, learning, and strategic decision-making.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all data and examination procedures, providing a calm and supportive presence during high-pressure times.
