We are seeking an exceptional Examination and Data Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our 11-18 school, ensuring the smooth running of all examinations and the effective management of student performance data.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead the planning, organisation and delivery of all internal and external exams with accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance data to support school improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations, acting as the lead exams officer.
  • Work closely with senior leaders, teachers, and support staff to make data meaningful and actionable.
  • Champion high standards, innovation, and efficiency in all aspects of exams and data management.


What we’re looking for:

  • A highly organised, meticulous professional with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong IT and data analysis skills (MIS/Arbor/Excel or similar).
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work confidently with staff, students, and parents.
  • A calm and solution-focused approach, especially under pressure.
  • Previous experience in data management or exams administration (school/college setting desirable but not essential).
