We are seeking a proactive Exams Access Coordinator to play a pivotal role in leading the strategic development of the Academy’s systems and procedures for identifying, assessing, and implementing Examination Access Arrangements (EAA), whilst ensuring the Academy remains fully compliant with JCQ regulations.

As Exams Access Coordinator you will be welcomed into an exceptional team of professionals to:
- Lead the strategic development of the Academy’s systems and procedures for identifying, assessing, and implementing Examination Access Arrangements (EAA).
- Ensure the Academy remains fully compliant with JCQ regulations, updating internal processes annually in line with the latest JCQ guidance.
- Work closely with the SENCO and Leadership Team to plan provision for students requiring access arrangements throughout KS3 and KS4.
- Contribute to whole-school SEND and assessment strategy by advising on emerging needs and patterns of student requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of access arrangements across the Academy and make recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the storage, security, and accuracy of all EAA evidence to meet JCQ inspection standards.
- Support the SENCO in identifying students who may require exam access arrangements through teacher referrals, screening data, observations, and parental concerns.
- Coordinate, timetable, and administer screening assessments and cognitive tests in accordance with JCQ requirements.
