Exams Administration Assistant job summary

We are looking to appoint a part-time Exams Administration Assistant to support the Exams Manager in ensuring the smooth running of all examinations and associated administration:

The Role

Hours: Part Time (16 hours per week) - Term time only plus 5 inset days and 1 week during summer holidays to cover exam results days

Days/Times: Flexible to be mutually agreed

Note: It will be necessary for the successful applicant to be available on both A Level and GCSE download and results days in August to collate and prepare student results and they must also be able to work Full Time during Pre-Public Exams (mocks) and Public Exam periods and therefore flexibility on working hours will be necessary – Time off in lieu will be given during non-exam periods.

Annual Leave: 5.8 weeks (paid pro-rata for part-time) to be taken during school holidays - (45.8 weeks paid per year)

Grade: H4.6 – H4.8 – dependent on experience

Salary: FTE £24,582 - £25,391 pa (£8,777 - £9,670 actual salary for 45.8 weeks – paid over 12 equal monthly instalments)
