What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for candidates who have the following:

· GCSE at level A-C in English and Mathematics

· NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent

· Experience of working with individuals, groups andwhole classes.

· Experience of planning a programme of learning for achild/children with additional needs or someone wouldbe interested in being trained in this area (whereappropriate).

· Enthusiasm and commitment to children’s learningand well-being.

· An individual who is committed to bringing the bestout in children
