We invite you to join our talented CST Operations team, within the CST Central team. Based in our central team offices in both the north and south of the city, you will also have the opportunity to work within our Trust schools and also home working. Please note there will be a requirement to attend meetings from 8am at times, although not necessarily in person.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Executive Assistant (EA) to join us as soon as possible. Supporting our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Deputy CEO and wider Leadership team, you will find yourself fully immersed in the day-to-day operations of our Trust. It is the perfect time for you to become a key member of our team as we are entering into an exciting period of growth. If you join us, a typical week in this role may see you involved in preparing and issuing key documents to our Headteachers, visiting one of our Trust schools and discussing scheduling decisions with our CEO .
About You
You are likely to have gained the ability to multi-task, build key relationships and manage your own and the diary of others in a flexible way through your career or personal experience. You will be able to bring to us integrity, organisational skills and sincere wish to work collaboratively with internal and external partners. You will have likely provided confidential administrative support to senior personnel in a previous role.
