Executive Assistant job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer by providing a first-class, confidential service and acting as the primary point of contact between the CEO, our schools, and external partners. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in an organisation dedicated to delivering outstanding education and shaping the future of young learners.

As the Executive Assistant, you will ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s office by managing high-level communications, maintaining efficient administrative systems, and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. You will be a key player in supporting internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all interactions reflect the trust’s values of ambition, collaboration, inspiration, innovation, and integrity.
