The Pyramid Schools Trust is excited to announce an opportunity for a Head of Governance and Compliance to join our growing family of schools. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional who is passionate about governance and its pivotal role in the success of the Pyramid Schools Trust.

This role is ideal for a governance professional with strong interpersonal and organisational skills and a collaborative mindset. Ideally you will have experience of working in a medium to large multi academy trust to ensure, as we grow, that we are developing our model to ensure it is robust, consistent and aligned with our vision of: Working in partnership so future generations achieve, belong and contribute, perfectly summarises our family of schools.

Closing date: Monday 13th October 2025 (9am)

Invitation to interview: Friday 17th October 2025

Interviews: Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th October 2025
