On behalf of our children, the Governing Body of Bishop Wilson and Christ Church Federation is seeking to appoint a compassionate and warm yet strong and experienced leader able to further the achievements of our family focused and ethos driven schools. As Christian schools our faith underpins our vision, challenging us to value each individual, nurture what they bring to the school family and encourage them to flourish within our community and beyond. Praised for our excellent personal and wider development, we are looking for a candidate who will be able to build on our challenging curriculum and exceptional outcomes. Spanning a small rural setting and a one form entry urban school our new Executive Head will be adept at negotiating the needs of different sized staff compliments; balancing competing demands; and continuing to weave our two schools together while understanding and valuing their demographic distinctiveness.
