The Governors are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Executive Head Teacher to develop and lead our settled Federation of 3 rural Church of England Primary Schools. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to lead us into the next phase of our development.
We are looking for someone who will: -
Be committed to the distinctiveness of our Church Federation school ethos and the promotion of Christian values.
Be able to lead the schools towards outstanding.
Lead the staff in whole Federation curriculum development.
Have proven organisational, managerial, financial and interpersonal skills.
Work in partnership with the governing body, parents and the local communities to develop continuous improvement within the Federation.
We are a well-established Federation which has benefitted from longevity and stability of leadership. Our new Executive Head Teacher will be supported by a committed and experienced team of staff and governors who work collaboratively across all 3 schools.
