What skills and experience we're looking for
Job title: Executive Headteacher
Salary: L21 to L25
Start date: 1 January 2025
In education, teachers often refer to a moment when they see something ‘click’ for a child; the exact moment where a concept is understood, an imagination is lit or an idea is formed.
Create Learning Trust is a network of academies based in Northwich, Cheshire West, committed to giving children and young people moments like that in their education.
We embrace innovation, share best practice and shape opportunities; creating an environment that sparks and ignites the talents and interests of our staff and students.
Following the retirement of two of our leaders, we are looking to recruit an exceptional Executive Headteacher to work across two of our brilliant schools; Little Leigh and Cuddington primaries.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, passionate leader who shares our vision and values and is able to deliver these alongside committed academy and trust boards. The Executive Headteacher will have oversight of strategic leadership and management of two of our schools within the trust and work as an integral part of the trust leadership team.
If you have the ambition, expertise, and skills to be an Executive Headteacher at Create Learning Trust, we welcome your application and extend a warm invitation to you to visit our schools and to meet the children and staff. To arrange a visit, please contact Emma Bird on 01270 360030 on or email ebird@createlearning.co.uk.
Visits will be available on 17th September 2024.
