What skills and experience we're looking for
This is an exciting opportunity for a current executive leader looking to work more strategically across a growing Trust or an experienced school leader looking to take their next step within an ambitious, supportive and successful MAT.
What the school offers its staff
Enhance Academy Trust is a growing Trust based in Wakefield and Kirklees. We currently have 10 Primary academies (increasing to 13 in September 2023) and a Post 16 Creative and Performing Arts free school.
As a Trust, we are passionate about making a difference to the lives of children; children have one chance, and we are that chance. We strive for exceptional educational provision and want our academies to be the best they can be. Our academies need highly skilled, dedicated leaders who are fully committed to improving the life chances of the children in their care.
We recognise the importance of academies retaining and promoting their distinctive nature and endorse earned autonomy across the Trust. We encourage academies to operate in a way that preserves their individual identity. At the same time, we are a family of academies who are prepared to truly collaborate.
The power of partnership, along with strands of consistency and high expectations, will enable us to continue to ensure that all children receive the high-quality education that they rightly deserve.
Further information about the job

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and talented leader to work with two very special communities of children, staff and parents continuing to lead them on their journey to excellence.
We are interested to hear from inspirational leaders who can provide highly effective leadership, management, support and challenge which promotes the highest standards of achievement and enables both schools to give every pupil the highest quality education.
Additionally, there may be an opportunity for an exceptional and experienced candidate to support school improvement and lead quality assurance across the wider Trust.
