What skills and experience we're looking for

Essential Criteria

  • Proven successful teaching experience within EYFS
  • The ability to inspire, challenge, and enable pupils to exceed their potential, regardless of starting point
  • A strong track record of securing pupil progress across a broad and balanced curriculum

Desirable Criteria

  • Successful experience in teaching and supporting pupils with SEND, including adapting teaching to meet a range of needs
  • Experience of leading a subject area, with evidence of impact on teaching and learning
