EYFS Lead job summary
The Directors of St Cuthbert’s RC Academy Trust are looking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to join our Trust team based at Endsleigh Holy Child VC Academy.
This position is permanent.

We require someone who:
Is an experienced EYFS practitioner who has the confidence, skills and enthusiasm to lead and inspire others.
Will contribute to whole school improvement and understanding the ‘big picture’ of the needs across the school and community we serve.
Has a passion for teaching and learning that is seen through high-quality, creative classroom teaching and pupil engagement.
Leads by example, inspiring others with their high expectations, and a tangible belief that all children can achieve, learn and inspire.
Is an advocate of positive behaviour management and understands the value of building relationships with all stakeholders.
Understands how to meet the various needs of our pupils; working alongside the SENDCO, DSL and external agencies to give the best support for our children, staff and families.
Has proven experience in leading a team in EYFS with the ability to motivate and empower others in line with the journey of school improvement.
Can confidently analyse a variety of data to support school improvement actions and measure impact.
Thrives as part of a team, with a positive outlook, excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence and a good sense of humour.
Will uphold our Catholic ethos and be an example of God’s love in our school and our community.
