As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, challenging lessons that engage and motivate students across KS1. You will join a team dedicated to academic excellence and personal growth, ensuring that our students acquire the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the future

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspiring Learning: Plan and teach challenging, well-organised lessons informed by up-to-date pedagogical and EYFS curriculum knowledge.

  • Holistic Development: Develop the emotional skills of children to ensure they are ready to receive the best teaching and learning.

  • Inclusive Practice: Use a range of teaching strategies and resources, including eLearning, adapted to meet the diverse needs of all learners.

  • Environment: Establish a purposeful, safe, and "fun" learning environment that complies with all safeguarding and wellbeing requirements.

  • Growth: Identify opportunities for children to develop literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills appropriate for the Foundation Stage.

The Person: What We Are Looking For

You are an exemplary classroom practitioner who is reflective, resilient, and committed to driving up standards.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Undergraduate Degree.

  • Experience teaching in a Primary environment (KS1 & KS2).

  • Strong IT skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.

  • A deep understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to the wellbeing of young people.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff and students
