What skills and experience we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an outstanding EYFS teacher with a focus on achieving excellent pupil attainment
- Have a passion for inspiring students and a determination to achieve success
- Have a sound knowledge of Early Excellence and the EYFSP (Early Years Foundation Stage Profile)
- Have experience in managing and supporting others to develop their teaching practice
- Have a proven track record of raising standards in an EYFS environment
- Be experienced in using Tapestry to track and assess learning journeys
- Be highly skilled in delivering numeracy and literacy
- Be committed to developing our Church School ethos, rooted in Christian values
