EYFS Leader job summary

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and committed teacher to our friendly and inclusive school. As part of the Yorkshire Learning Trust we pride ourselves on the work that we do supporting young people.

We are a large, 2-form entry primary school with a popular school-led nursery, with rising numbers and a strong reputation in the local area. Our current EYFS lead is leaving for opportunities outside teaching which means we are now looking for someone who will lead our small team of dedicated practitioners to continue to develop our EYFS provision.

The successful candidate will work alongside the KS1 phase leader and the wider Senior Leadership Team to shape the school's strategy and to ensure high quality provision and practice. Our EYFS area includes 3 rooms, a shared space and a large outdoor area. We are also working with YLT to look at ways to increase our nursery provision due to high levels of demand.
