- Experience of working in early years
- Good understanding of the Early Years Curriculum and Strong Foundations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to analyse and use data to improve outcomes
- A strong team work ethos, positive nature and a nurturing approach
- A willingness to be flexible and proactive
- A real passion for children and supporting their learning
