What skills and experience we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified teacher (QTS), with experience in EYFS
- Is an outstanding teacher with a focus on achieving excellent pupil attainment
- Has a deep understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
- Brings energy, creativity, and passion to the classroom.
- Has a thorough understanding and a strong working knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
- Is warm, approachable, and a natural communicator who builds strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Believes every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and inspired
- Is a reflective practitioner, always looking to learn and improve
- Will embrace and contribute to the caring, inclusive Christian ethos of our school.
