What skills and experience we're looking for
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Early Years Education
- Experience working with children aged 3-5, preferably in a nursery or early years setting
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and its principles
- Forest school experience and qualification beneficial
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for young children

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the holistic development of each child
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's progress and inform future planning
- Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment that meets regulatory standards and promotes health and wellbeing
- Manage and guide other members of the preschool team with the support of the EYFS Lead
- Excellent team player
