What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an energetic, passionate and dedicated full time teacher to join our Federation, ideally from January 2026.

The successful candidate will have a real ambition to inspire and motivate our children to ensure they can reach their full potential. They will provide a happy, safe and nurturing environment where they have high aspirations of ALL children.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is enthusiastic and has a good knowledge, understanding and experience of the Early Years.

  • Is an excellent team player who is committed to providing high quality teaching and learning experiences.

  • Has a ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to deliver excellence as the school continues to grow.

  • Has effective behaviour management skills and has high expectations and aspirations for ALL children
