What skills and experience we're looking for
We would like to appoint an Early Years Teaching Assistant. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic
and dedicated Early Years TA, supporting our Early Years Team. A level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
is essential. This is a temporary post until 31 August 2023, working 15 hours per week, however, there
may be a possibility that this post could become permanent.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who: • Is professional in their approach; Iis a creative individual seeking to develop an outstanding provision and classroom environment; • Has a professional and respectful approach which demonstrates support and shows mutual respect. • Is committed to the needs of the pupils, parents and other stakeholders and can provide an efficient and effective service. • Demonstrates a positive attitude around school. • Can prioritise and work to deadlines. • Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent and have completed the NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or have appropriate experience) • Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification essential. • Is passionate when promoting the values and ethos of our school and trust
