Join Our Team at Amington Heath!

Due to continued growth and the evolving needs of our pupils, we are seeking two enthusiastic, skilled and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant school community. These roles will support children in our Year 5/6 classes and Year 2 class.

If you have a passion for helping children thrive, experience within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, and the flexibility to work as part of a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience of supporting learning in KS1 and/or KS2
  • Ability to work with individuals and small groups under teacher direction
  • Positive, patient and nurturing approach to supporting children
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
