Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support job summary

We are looking for a support member of staff with a passion for supporting the learning of our children developing their behaviour and social, emotional needs. Overall Purpose of the Post:

To work with children as part of a team under the direction of the Headteacher/Senior Leadership Team, to enable access to learning for children and to assist the teacher in the management of children and the classroom. This role will include a number of hours working with a child who requires 1:1 support outside of the main classroom environment, working towards individual targets.
