Our experienced Head teacher and her supportive senior leadership team are looking to recruit an aspirational and energetic EYFS teaching assistants to join the Reception Class. This position is term time only, 39 weeks per year, 25 hours per week and will be fixed term until 31st August 2025 with a possibility of continuing there after.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being a good or outstanding classroom TA practitioner
- Continuous improvement of teaching and learning under the supervision of the Class teacher and SENDCo
- Maintaining and raising standards under the supervision of the Class teacher, SENDCo and SLT
- Tracking performance of specified groups of children
- Leading by example to motivate and work with others
