Do you enjoy teaching lessons that inspire and excite children to learn? Will you bring learning to life? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher to join our team and cover a maternity leave. The successful applicant will teach in a mixed EYFS and Year 1 class. If you have high expectations for yourself and others; like to work as part of a team and you are committed to providing the highest quality of education for children, this is the role for you.
Landulph is a small school sitting within the idyllic Cornish countryside with children who attend from the local village and surrounding areas. We have high expectations of what our children can achieve and strive to inspire all children to develop a love of learning, so they make good progress and attain their very best, becoming confident and successful individuals in our ever-changing world.
The successful applicant will be:
- An excellent classroom practitioner with high aspirations for all children’s achievement and behaviour
- Inspired and passionate about learning
- Create a happy, challenging and effective learning environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- A clear working knowledge of how to provide for the individual needs of all children including those with special educational needs and how to challenge those that are exceeding expectations
