Join Our Team as a Facilities Assistant!
Are you looking for a hands-on role that makes a real difference in your community? We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Facilities Assistant to help maintain the buildings and grounds of our schools in Sutton Coldfield (all within a 5 minute walk of each other).
What You’ll Do:
- Support school events and hires, ensuring everything is set up and secure.
- Assist with maintenance tasks and minor repairs to keep our schools in top shape.
- Work alongside a dedicated team to uphold health and safety standards.
- Participate in groundskeeping and outdoor maintenance to create a welcoming environment.
Hours and Days of Work:
We have three shift patterns, which rotate. These are 6am – 2pm,10am – 6pm and 2pm – 10pm.
You’ll work Monday – Friday, and may be required to work the occasional weekend to cover for weekend colleagues.
