What skills and experience we're looking for

Working with the Head of Estates, you will ensure that the school buildings and site are maintained to a high standard, are secure and offer the maximum effective use to meet the needs of the school day and extended hours provision. You will deputise for the Head of Estates as well as manage the Caretaking and Cleaning teams.

You will need a recognised qualification in Facilities Management or substantial relevant professional experience as well as a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupation Health & Safety. IWFM membership or ability to gain membership is also essential.
