Faculty Leader of Maths job summary

The Chase is looking to appoint a well-qualified, ambitious, and dynamic teacher as Faculty Leader for Maths from 1st September 2020. This is a great opportunity for an exceptional person to join a forward thinking and high-achieving team, where you will have the chance to develop professionally and make a significant contribution to the continued success and reputation of The Chase Math’s Faculty and the wider school. This is a key position in the school and we are looking for a leader who can demonstrate: • Efficient and effective management skills • Experience of leading a successful team • A proven track record in the classroom across the 11-18 age range • Excellent communication skills • Resourcefulness and an innovative approach • The ability to lead by example • The ability to work as part of a team
