  • Build positive and trusting relationships with families, particularly those who may be facing barriers or challenges.
  • Provide early help and intervention for children and families experiencing difficulties, including financial hardship, attendance concerns, emotional wellbeing issues and domestic abuse.
  • Support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour and wellbeing through therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Work alongside the SENCo and other professionals to support children with additional needs and their families.
  • Conduct home visits and work proactively to improve attendance and engagement with school.
  • Liaise effectively with external agencies, ensuring children and families receive the support they need.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has experience of working with children and families in education, social care or community settings.
  • Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Is able to build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and professionals.
  • Is organised, resilient and able to manage a varied workload.
  • Has experience of supporting vulnerable children and families facing complex challenges.
  • Shares our commitment to inclusion, equality and ensuring every child succeeds.
What We Offer
  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of children and families.
  • A supportive and caring team committed to excellence.
  • High-quality professional development and training opportunities.
  • A welcoming school community where wellbeing is valued.
  • The opportunity to be part of the Agora Learning Partnership.

Visits are very welcome. Please email or call to arrange to come and see us, and request an application pack.
