Family Support Liaison + Safeguarding Lead job summary
Family Support Liaison + DSL
Tennyson Road Primary School are looking for an exceptional individual to fulfil the role of Family Support Liaison and Safeguarding Lead, joining our dedicated team to support our children and their families. Working across the school with staff, families, and children to overcome barriers. You will help to ensure that all children are able to attend school and achieve their full potential.
Candidates should:
- Have experience of working with children
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to fit your audience
- Have experience liaising with outside agencies
- Have recent experience or professional training in supporting parents or have the desire and motivation to develop your skills and expertise in this field
- Have extensive Safeguarding knowledge and be confident to lead multi agency meetings on behalf of the school.
