- build and access a network of external support from a range of services
make onward referrals and applications for further support, advice and resources, bespoke for each child and/or their family.

If you have:
- a warm, caring personality
- a relevant qualification / experience in social work, counselling, child development or a related field
- experience of trauma informed approaches such as Thrive / Elsa or other interventions

- excellent organisational and communication skills, including time-management and ability to prioritise workload
- the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, staff and wider external partners
